Whether it's a check out clean, mid-stay clean, deep clean or a block of serviced flats , at AC Elite Cleaners, we understand the expectation of the guests and tenants, and how to present your property accordingly. Many hosts/property managers choose different schedules for the various cleaning tasks at hand. For example, kitchen cleans and communal vacuuming may be something you require daily, or some may prefer weekly, you pop out while our cleaners pop in, clean and offer the opportunity for change the bedding, re-stock and leave fresh towels etc. A discussion with our team will mean we are fully in the know and consequently prepared to do our very best for you.
Our laundry team offers a full wash, dry & ironing service as we also offer a laundry hire service too.
From time to time your property may require minor maintenance and this can be a problem for hosts or property managers, especially if you're not local to your rental property and new guests are due to arrive. Our maintenance team is on hand to assist with any minor repairs, decoration as well as garden maintenance.
Your serviced accommodation is fully furnished too, you may require annual upholstery cleaning and appliance deep cleans. We recommend mattresses are sanitised every 6-12 months. Another service you’ll find we’re happy to fulfil.
